My name is Jayna "Jai" Turner.  I am a passionate Recruiter that's always excited about motivating, speaking and helping jobseekers, and working great corporate managers to make greatness happen in their organizations.

Recruiting Experience: I have had the pleasure of working with many clients over my recruiting career.  Some of the companies that I have placed great talent in was United Airlines, Inspectorate America Corporation (now Bureau Veritas), Air Liquide, Weatherford International, and many others.  

I started my career in staffing, then moved into corporate recruiting, and then into staffing vendor management.  All three transitions confirmed my love for the industry, I respect, and I enjoy it. So much so, that I decided to start a company that not only focuses on placements, but building meaningful relationships that will last for a very long time.

Coaching Expertise:  I do believe in coaching. I became a Coach back in 2010 for a firm called Operation Success Career & Life Solutions. Since then, I have integrated coaching services with this recruiting agency to help prepare stellar career professionals for the next step in their career transition.  I absolutely love to help people solidify their purpose, get their career and life on track and move forward.  This business does help to create a one-stop shop for professional advancement.
